Our client, a leading provider of heavy equipment and machinery maintenance services, are looking to immediately appoint an experienced credit controller to their finance team on a temporary contract. You will be expected to deal with customers in a respectful and professional manner, in a way that will reflect the respected image of the business.
You will have high integrity, accuracy, and strong communication skills in order to be successful at this role.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in a demanding Credit Control position.
Duties will include:
*Proactively calling customers on a daily basis - Approximately 30 calls per day
*Liaising directly with the sales team regarding customer queries and escalate to management where necessary
*Producing reports
*General ad-hoc queries
Requirements:
*Native level English
*2/3 years solid Credit Control experience is essential
*Excellent communication skills
*Good ability to develop relationships with clients and sales team alike
*Strong proven track record
*Excellent systems skills - in particular Excel - are a distinct advantage
*Available to start immediately on Monday the 15th of July
